Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Yopersh Shein Shopper SMC Ltd ("Yopersh", "we", "us"). Part A covers shopping with us. Part B is the end-user licence agreement for OneCRM, the software our business runs on, including its connection to QuickBooks Online. By placing an order, or by using OneCRM, you accept the part that applies to you.

Part A: shopping with Yopersh

2. Quotations

• Send us your cart or product links and we reply with a quotation: the cart total, our service fee and the total to pay, in US dollars and in your local currency.
• A quotation is valid for 24 hours. Store prices can change until your deposit is paid and the items are ordered.
• Our service fee is stated on each quotation (normally 10% of the cart total).

3. Payment

• A 50% deposit is needed before we place your order; the balance is due when your delivery is confirmed.
• The exchange rate is fixed when you accept the quotation and pay the deposit.
• We send you a receipt for every payment.

4. Ordering, shipping and delivery

• We order the items you confirmed, handle international shipping, customs clearance and taxes, and deliver to you or keep your parcel ready for collection.
• Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 weeks from the order, depending on the store and customs. We keep you informed and tell you promptly about any delay.
• Please give us accurate links, sizes and delivery details; we buy exactly what you confirm.

5. Missing, wrong or damaged items, and refunds

• Check your parcel when you receive it and tell us about any problem as soon as possible, with photos where you can.
• Where an item is missing, wrong or damaged through no fault of yours, we will reorder it, credit your account or refund you, depending on what the store allows.
• The service fee is non-refundable once your order has been placed with the store. Money we owe you can be kept as credit on your account if you prefer.

6. Your account and messages

We use WhatsApp, our website chat, email and phone to serve you. Keep your contact details up to date. You can stop marketing messages at any time without affecting your orders. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Part B: OneCRM end-user licence agreement

7. The software

OneCRM is the business software Yopersh uses for orders, customers, payments and accounts. It is built and supported for Yopersh by our technology provider. These terms apply to everyone who uses OneCRM, including Yopersh staff and anyone who connects a QuickBooks Online company to it.

8. Licence

• You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use OneCRM for Yopersh business, with the account and permissions you are given.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or share access to OneCRM, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.
• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.

9. The QuickBooks Online connection

• A QuickBooks administrator can connect a QuickBooks Online company to OneCRM through Intuit's own sign-in and consent page. OneCRM never sees or stores the QuickBooks password; it receives an authorisation from Intuit that can be withdrawn at any time.
• Once connected, OneCRM may read company information and create or update accounting records in that company, such as customers, invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries, to keep the books in line with OneCRM.
• You can disconnect at any time, in OneCRM (Accounts > QuickBooks > Disconnect) or from within QuickBooks. Records already sent to QuickBooks stay there.
• QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. and your use of it is also governed by Intuit's terms.

10. Data

Business data in OneCRM and in the connected QuickBooks company belongs to Yopersh. It is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, protected with encrypted connections and access controls, and used only to run the business.

11. Warranty and liability

OneCRM and its connections are provided as they are. We work to keep them available and accurate, but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and outside services such as QuickBooks may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, neither Yopersh nor its technology provider is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

12. Ending use

Access to OneCRM ends when your account is closed or your licence is withdrawn, for example when you leave Yopersh or break these terms. A QuickBooks connection ends when it is disconnected.

General

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; orders already confirmed keep the terms that applied when they were placed.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, or of Kenya for orders placed with our Kenya branch.
